The project manager assigned to your project serves to coordinate fabrication oriented communications by acting as the primary point of contact at CMS.  His/her responsibilities include managing the budget and project timeline, insuring quality at all levels and when necessary, leading value engineering efforts. From project kick-off to opening day, the CMS project manager will be totally focused on turning your vision into practical reality.
